Compliance guidelines

All job postings on Career Cloud are humanly reviewed and are ultimately under the discretion of our Compliance Team. Job postings that fail to conform with the policies and guidelines listed below will be subject to removal.

The following items are prohibited from appearing in job posts:

  • material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it
  • material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others
  • material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful
  • material that is sexually-explicit
  • hyperlinks to external websites or materials that contain obscene, sexually-explicit, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful content
  • advertisements or solicitations of business
  • chain letters or pyramid schemes
  • any content or material that impersonates or misrepresents another person

Failure to comply

Job postings that do not conform to this Agreement, will be under investigation by our Compliance Team. Career Cloud reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete any or all of your job postings, terminate your account, or block access to the Career Cloud website.


Refunds will not be issued for removed job posts, or terminated accounts, that failed to comply with the policies outlined above.
