When you sign up, you get full access to our Unlimited Plan for 30 days. We will email you when your trial is about to expire. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue posting jobs. If you choose not to continue, your job posts will be suspended. You alway have access to your account dashboard, including past job postings and applicants.
Job Seekers use our site for free. Employers can create a free account, and only pay to post jobs. Our current rates can be found on our pricing page. Employers always have access to their account dashboard including past job postings and applicants, regardless of their subscription or credit status.
Absolutely! We never lock you in and there is no commitment. You pay monthly and can cancel at anytime. Once you cancel you will not be billed again, and you can continue to post jobs until the end of your current payment period. After your subscription ends you will continue to have access to your account dashboard, including past job postings and applicants.
Credits are great for companies that only post a handfull of jobs per year. Each credit is good for a single 30 day job posting. Credits never expire.

Credit Card & Payment Data
Your credit card and payment data are handled directly by our payment vendor Stripe. They are fully PCI-DSS compliant and handle billions of dollars worth of payments every year for businesses around the world. The payment pages on Career Cloud are served securely using Stripe's payment libraries, HTTPS, and Transport Layer Security (TLS). When you make a purchase or subscription payment, your credit card data is transmitted to Stripe for processing and storage. Your credit card data is not stored on Career Cloud's servers.
Yes. Some employees on our management and software engineering team have the capability to access your entire account solely for the purposes of troubleshooting or debugging. We do this only when necessary and usually in response to a support request initiated by the customer.
Our general customer Support Specialists have limited access to your account information to assist in support requests initiated by the customer via a support ticket or by phone. To access your account data, a Career Cloud Support Specialist must be signed in to our Admin Dashboard and the access is logged.
