We are seeking qualified Virtual Assistants to work on various tasks from providing administrative service, customer service, marketing, strategy and planning. You will be working for a maximum of 12 hours weekly and we offer a highly competitive salary.
- Respond to inquiries via email
- Arrange meetings and secure locations
- Keep the client work organized and functioning smoothly
- Manage all forms of communication for clients
- Create, prepare and manage email marketing for clients
- Manage all clients projects, status and follow up
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
- Access to a computer and high speed internet
