As one of our support desk specialists, you are a key component in the overall success of the company and satisfaction of our customers! We are looking for individuals who love to help others, and are looking for great opportunities to grow within a new company! Our support desk works directly with our clientele providing remote Phone, Email, Twitter, and Facebook support.
As a Level 1 Support Specialist, your key role is to make our clients happy! Your aim is to provide a pleasant and professional customer support experience, reduce frustration, and provide them with an experience that makes them feel heard and brings resolution.
We are looking for bright, energetic people who enjoy working with others and solving problems, and who are willing to continue to learn and grow!
